First Trimester
This period can be the most challenging in terms of fatigue, nausea and general anxiety. Acupuncture is an effective way to support you all the way through your pregnancy from conception to labour preparation. Acupuncture reduces the risk of pregnancy issues and promotes a healthy, happy pregnancy.
During the First Trimester, up to week 12, Acupuncture can help prevent and reduce pregnancy nausea, and hyperemesis, and ease stress & anxiety in early pregnancy and aid managing fatigue.
Second Trimester
During this trimester week 13-28, women may feel more at ease, less tired and feel the pregnancy bloom. Every woman's experience is unique. Third Trimester
From week 29 to week 40, brings you from late pregnancy into Labour preparation.

For first pregnancies, babies may begin to engage by week 36-38.

In general during this trimester treatments help reduce breathlessness, improve digestion and constipation, Digestion can be increasingly difficult as the fetus fills nearly the whole abdominal cavity and thereby pushing the intestines, liver and stomach higher.
